Yes, our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our rapid response team is always ready to handle any medical emergency. For life-threatening emergencies, please call our emergency hotline immediately.
You can access your medical records through our patient portal by logging into your account. If you need physical copies or have trouble accessing your records online, please visit our Medical Records department or contact us via email.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, any referral letters, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or test results from other facilities. Arriving 15 minutes early will help us complete your registration smoothly.

General visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. ICU visiting hours are more restricted. Please check with the specific ward for any special visiting policies or restrictions.
